The Team Trybe Toolkit holds the details that run your family’s week. Here’s exactly what we keep, why, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your family details (names, birthdays, school, town), your to-dos, notes, gift lists, home details and anything you type into the Toolkit.
- Your sign-in: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
- If you connect Gmail: we read the sender, subject and preview of recent emails to flag what needs you. When you ask for a reply draft, we read that one email in full and save a draft in your Gmail. We never send, delete or change your email.
- If you connect Google Calendar: we read upcoming events to plan your week, and add an event only when you tap to add it.
- Calendars and uploads: school and activity calendar links you add, and photos or PDFs you upload, which we read for dates.
How we use it
Only to run your Toolkit: building your week, your to-dos and reminders, your calendar, dinners, gifts and the Friday recap. We don’t sell your information, show you ads, or use it for anything else.
Who helps us run it
- Cloudflare hosts the Toolkit and stores your family’s information, encrypted at rest.
- Anthropic (Claude) reads what’s needed for each task (for example, a school calendar or an email preview) to sort and plan it. Anthropic does not use this information to train its models.
- Resend sends the Toolkit’s emails (sign-in links, the Friday recap).
- Google, only if you choose to connect Gmail or Google Calendar.
Google user data
Team Trybe Toolkit’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features you see in the Toolkit, is never sold, never used for advertising, and is not read by people except with your permission for support, for security, or as the law requires.
Your family’s Toolkit
Everyone you add to your Trybe (your partner, older kids) can see your family’s Toolkit. Partners and kids sign in with their own email.
Deleting your information
The Toolkit owner can delete everything at any time: Family → Delete my Toolkit. That erases your family’s information and disconnects Google right away. You can also disconnect Gmail on its own from the Inbox tab, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Kids
The Toolkit is for parents. Kids’ names and birthdays are added by a parent to plan the family’s week. Kids under 13 should not have their own sign-in.
